Start with how you want to work

You want to design it yourself

Open the free design tool in your browser: no account, no software. Add photos, logos, and text, and see the finished blanket on screen before you decide anything.

You'd rather a designer did it

Send us whatever you have: photos, a logo, even a sketch on paper. Our in-house team returns a free mockup within 48 hours, and nothing prints until you approve it.

It's for your business

Logo blankets for client gifts, employee milestones, or a company store. Brand-guideline-friendly design help and bulk pricing live on our business site.

It's for a school or team

Mascot art, spirit gear, rosters, and senior gifts, handled by a design team that does school artwork all day, every day.

You're raising money with it

A custom blanket makes a strong fundraiser product. Presale campaigns mean no upfront cost and no leftover inventory.

Fabric tiers, briefly

  • Lite Plus. The value and volume tier. Same edge-to-edge print, lightest weight. At 500+ pieces it runs as low as $30.98 per blanket.
  • Ultra Plus. HD single-ply canvas. The detail tier, best for photo collages, fine linework, and busy designs.
  • D-Luxe. 600 GSM double-ply. Most popular. The keepsake feel at a bulk-friendly price; where most projects land.
  • D-Luxe Plus. A heavier, plusher step up from the D-Luxe for when the blanket itself is the gift.
  • Swanky Blankey. 1060 GSM, the heaviest we print. The heirloom tier for memorials, milestones, and once-ever gifts.

Size

One generous size, 60x80 inches, on every tier. Big enough for a bed, a couch, or the bleachers, and big enough that photo detail actually reads.

Artwork

Biggest original file wins. Vector for logos, high-res photos straight from the source. Low-res art we can usually rebuild at no charge.

Lead time

About 2 to 8 weeks of production by tier, plus design and proof approval. Fixed date? Tell us and we plan backward from it.

Common questions

How do I design my own custom printed blanket?

Use the free in-browser design tool at spectatorsport.com/design. There is nothing to install and no account to create: upload photos or a logo, add text, arrange the layout, and you see the exact blanket on screen. When it looks right, order it directly, or save the idea and request a quote for a bulk run.

How should I prepare my photos and artwork?

Use the largest, sharpest original file you have. Photos: high-resolution JPG or PNG straight from the camera or phone, not a screenshot or a downloaded thumbnail. Logos and graphics: vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) print sharpest, but if all you have is a low-res logo, send it. Our team can usually recreate it cleanly at no charge.

Which fabric tier should I pick?

For most projects, the 600 GSM D-Luxe is the right default: keepsake feel, bulk-friendly price. Pick Ultra Plus for very detailed photo work, Lite Plus when quantity and budget lead the decision, and the 1060 GSM Swanky Blankey when the blanket is an heirloom-grade gift. Every tier is the same 60x80 size and the same NubaySoft material.

What does a custom printed blanket cost?

Between $30 and $90 all-in per blanket for almost every order, depending on tier and quantity. Wholesale pricing starts at 72 blankets, and the Lite Plus runs as low as $30.98 each at 500+ pieces. Single blankets order at standard pricing straight from the design tool. An exact quote on your design takes one business day.

How long will my order take?

Plan on roughly 2 to 8 weeks of production depending on the fabric tier and order size, plus the design step up front (free mockups within 48 hours, then your proof approval). If you have a fixed date (a wedding, a retirement, a season opener), tell us the date and we plan production backward from it.

Can one design work for both a single blanket and a bulk order?

Yes, and that is a common path: design and order one blanket first, see it in person, then scale the identical design into a 72+ wholesale run for the team, office, or event. The artwork carries over without rework.

The tool explains itself. Go play.

Free, in your browser, no account. Build the blanket, see the blanket, then decide. Or skip ahead and let our designers mock it up for you.
